Bicycles:
Bicycles can be stored in the basement.
Guests:
All overnight guests must be of legal age or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Garbage and recyclables:
There is a waste room in the basement where waste can be disposed of separately.
Party:
I do not want parties in the house - because of the neighbourhood and to protect the substance.
Please do not host more people than registered in the house.
Pillows:
There are enough pillows and bed linen. If you need more, please let me know, but please do not use the decorative pillows as pillows, as they are not easy to clean and therefore cannot be washed hot enough.
Pets:
I like pets, I have some myself, but - in consideration of people who have allergies or intolerances - they may only be guests in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement.
Smoking:
Smoking is only allowed downstairs in the garden in front of the house.
Please dispose of the butts properly. It would be even better not to smoke outside either : )
Stairs:
The house has many, quite steep stairs and is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free.
Whether you or your children (it's difficult for small children) can handle the stairs is something you can best judge for yourself.

Sustainability:
All booked beds are freshly made.
To conserve resources, I do not have all the laundry ironed or mangled. An unscheduled change of linen will cost you €10 per bed.
Towels:
If you need beach towels etc. you must bring your own towels. The towels provided in the house are exclusively for indoor use!
Washing machine:
As the drying room is not ready yet, I am sorry I cannot provide the washing machine at the moment.
W-Lan:
The house has Wi-Fi, although not the fastest. The access code is on the notice board on the first floor.
Of course, the W-Lan is free of charge.
