WAHLWIES
Wahlwies is a suburb of Stockach - one of the most liveable and lovable places at the western end of Lake Constance (Bodensee).
Just a few highlights:
10 min. by car to the Bodensee
2 min. to the train stop (Seehas in both directions every 15 minutes)
short distances to Stockach, Bodman at the Bodensee, Überlingen, Radolfzell, Singen, Konstanz, Flower Island Mainau, Schaffhausen
very good connection to the A 98 and A81

THE "b-no-b"
The b-no-b is a biologically renovated juwel in Wahlwies.
It was built in 1914 with 2 full storeys and a full basement.
In 2019 it was extended so that 2 full storeys and the converted pitched roof are now available as living space for guests.
The renovation work was carried out to high quality building biology standards.

Stairs:
The house has many, quite steep stairs and is therefore unfortunately not barrier-free.
Whether you or your children can manage the stairs is something you can best judge for yourself.
It's rather critical for toddlers and small children - for seniors it might be challenging).

Guests:
All overnight guests must be of legal age or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets:
I like pets, I have some myself, but - in consideration of people who have allergies or intolerances - they may only be guests in exceptional cases and by prior arrangements.
